Hi! Was just wanting to commiserate with other people who had their J.Crew orders cancelled this week. I placed some separate orders for the same item (like one for me and one as a gift), and one shipped while the other was cancelled. Did anyone experience this too? If I ordered multiple sizes of one piece in an order, it was cancelled too. So frustrated that I spent so much time picking out items for them to be cancelled! I’ve read that those who reached out to customer service did not have any luck with price matching.

I ordered two cardigans and then one was cancelled so I cancelled my whole order. I dont want to play games because they cant keep track of their own inventory.
My order was cancelled and I used my $10 bday gift. I emailed CS and they will manually apply it to my next order, but I have to email them the order number and ask them to credit me the $10. I emailed them the new order # but haven’t heard back. I think it’s shady how they don’t automatically credit it back to you, especially when THEY cancelled the order due to lack of stock.
