I just purchased a Chanel 22 with silver hardware since I couldn’t find it new from the RealReal. All listings say small or large and based on the measurements I assume the one I purchased was the medium. Now I look further and they have the large listed but it’s the medium. I know it’s nots much of a difference and there is no return. I reached out to them explaining this and waiting to hear back. Has anyone had this issue with them with size issues. Here is a picture with the bag.

Yes, they sold me an Hermes bag once that was listed as one size but when I received and measured it, it was clearly a different size. I contacted them and they took the bag back because it was misrepresented. They should do the same with your Chanel bag.

It happened to me, too, I contacted them, and they sent me a free label to ship it back even though it was a final sale.

So it happens which is so wrong when dealing with these companies. For people that have the small and medium is there much difference. It seems to be maybe a couple inches. Wondering if it’s even worth it.
