Is This Normal?

So the other day my large quilted single came home from Nordstrom from the presale. I've been busy the last few days so I haven't had the luxury of taking this baby out yet. However today when I took it out I noticed a few defects with it. I've had a Stam before and it came in immaculate condition, however this one not so much. I first noticed the brass paint on my chains were chipping because it snagged my chiffon blouse. I attached a few pictures to show the defects. I just wanted to know if mj would repair this?

dang, that sucks. i dont think the chipped plating can be repaired. i'd return it for sure

they should still take it back. they sent you defective merchandise, period.

Don't worry about the tag being cut off. Nordstroms has a thing about cutting the tags off anyway. The tags are either already cut or the SA cuts it at the checkout counter (which kind of irritates me).
