Is this normal for pepe leather???

I just received this bag from Bergdorfs and all four corners are worn down to the fuzz. I've never seen the bag in person so no idea if this is normal.

Can any pepe leather pandora owners chime in with their experiences?

I have that bag in Black, have owned it for almost two years, carry it all the time - corners are perfect.

I would say it's not normal; definitely worth your time to contact BG and request an exchange! It's a very common leather/color combo for the bag - they should have more available.
