Looks normal to me but if it stinks like lemons maybe contact LV and see what they suggest . I had a wallet that stunk like chemicals once and my SA suggested a dryer sheet and that took care of it.

I call it the “puffy look” - my older model mono is flatter but they changed the style over time so my Azur and DE have that same look. It’s like the canvas isn’t pressed down and stitched properly. I ended up keeping my puffy ones because they fit more things inside lol

Got my Victorine came in Friday. I love it, but there is some difference between the right and left sides with the glazing. Am I being nit picky or will this turn into an issue?

I cannot tell from the photo whether or not the canvas is "chipped" off. If I were you I would not try to 'fix' it yourself. If it were my purchase I would contact LV customer service.

I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. I wanted to get some opinions on my new purchase, as it has been a while since I purchased anything. This vanity pm arrived yesterday and I was very happy I was able to get it. I love this little bag. But when I opened the box, a few things do bother me.
1) the bag arrived with the chain strap attached. I have never received any other bag this way. The strap is always inside the bag. Makes me think it’s a return which is not a big deal, except for my second issue which makes me wonder if the bag is defective.
2) please take a look at the pictures and the monogram alignment at the top where the reverse canvas means monogram canvas. It is misaligned. I don’t care about the sides being misaligned since I saw it in other people’s vanity cases also, but every unboxing I see on YouTube and the pics I see posted here, the front (which is most visible) is perfectly aligned.
I don’t know what to do. It’s a very hard to find purse and I doubt I will be able to score another one. I am hesitant to return it. But I also wanted to get your thoughts as to whether this is acceptable or whether the alignment is not too bad.

thanks so much for your input!

Honestly, I didn't even notice until you brought it up.
Alignment, IMO, is not a "defect" unless it's very obviously misaligned. The word "defect" seems to be thrown around loosely as anything that is deemed less than perfect here on TPF.
Sometimes the "perfect alignment" is impossible with how the bag is constructed.

This wouldn’t bother me and not worth returning over. If it bothers you, you should return.

Here's what mine looks like. The front is close to perfectly aligned, but yours wouldn't have bothered me.
