It looks fine, I think it's because the ruffles are just the right size. If they were smaller I could see why you would worry, but I think this one's perfect!

It looks good! I have a similar top (I'm large-chested too) but it has a lower neckline and I really like it.

the words "ruffles" and "large chested" in the title were waving red flags at me too, but I think it looks great on, particularly with the skinnies and sandals!!!
Ultimately down to whether or not you will feel comfortable in it, but I think you'll get compliments a plenty!
