I wouldn't hesitate to put mine in my large biarritz tote but if you don't like that bag you could try something from the nylon travel ligne... I'm hesitant with a leather bag because everyone keeps saying SA's tell them Chanels aren't made to hold much (silly us to think spend that we were paying thousands for a huge bag for a reason). Maybe it's not true but I don't want to risk it.

I have the Rodeo Drive shopper in the XXL size, and it could definitely hold a laptop. It's a very light bag to begin with, which is good, but the chain handles are very sturdy.

I've never seen the portobello bag IRL yet, but I imagine the largest size could definitely fit a laptop.

I love the Rodeo Drive... I guess my only concern with bags like that and other soft slouchy bags is how they'll hold up. Maybe I should just make a visit to Chanel with the laptop and figure it out with my sa's help.

I have a mac (small white one) and it won't fit in the GST. It sticks out way too much. I carried it through the airport once and it was soooo... heavy! :sweatdrop:
I use my PB tote but if you don't like it, perhaps a vintage briefcase/XL jumbo? :shrugs:

I use my luxe ligne tote as my laptop bag. I look fairly stylish :rolleyes: but I also feel like carrying a kitchen sink each time I lug the whole lot round town.

And then of course a few Chanel SAs told me that my luxe ligne tote is not designed to carry heavy items :confused1:. I stuff my tote with documents and laptop. My mum comically commented that Chanel bag ladies are not working girls and they probably only put a little cardigan in their big bags........:push:

If anyone is firmiliar with the Sharpei N/S, do you think I could get away with it? It is my favorite tote that Chanel has made and I'm not opposed to buying it pre owned... If not, I think I see the Cerf in my future.
