Is there a record of your purchases in the Hermes system worldwide if you buy online?

I was just in Paris last week and went to Hermès! They could not see purchases made in the US. (Off topic but just FYI, chanel could not see purchases made in the US too). I am not sure if other countries in Europe could see purchases made in France though.

There is more than just purchase history on our profiles.
I purchased in several stores in my city.
I have a SO pending that was placed in one store, and a SA in another store could see it on my account.

I wonder if US stores can see what purchases are made abroad? Surely it is not a one way system.

Hi TPFers! I tried to do a search online and only found an old thread about shopping at FSH but my question is a little more general:
If I shop online, do the stores in my country see my online shopping profile/history?
Like all beginners (I'm sure), I want to make sure I have a profile with H in case one day I happen to be lucky enough to stumble upon or be offered a B or K when I'm financially ready to take that plunge.
I've shopped online for a few small things (belts, Apple watch, and the bands) but was recently told by a friend that online shopping doesn't count towards your purchases! I'm wondering if I should return the item I most recently bought and go to my store to buy it instead to now start a relationship with an SA. Or do you think that if I buy online, my nearest store will see it if I one day decide to go in for a physical purchase? We only have 1 store in Toronto and I'm about 30 minutes away so it's not too far but I also hate going downtown lol
Any thoughts on this or has this already been discussed? Thanks in advance!

Stores will be able to see your online purchases but those online purchases will not help you with building a profile at the store and may in fact even hurt your store profile. Returns also hurt your profile (perhaps more so imo as it makes you look “flakey”) so, in my opinion, what’s done is done, but in the future try to concentrate all your purchases to one SA in one physical store for your easiest route to a quota bag.

How about ordering it from SA but the item is not available instore but there is one from a different store.? Technically , it is not buying physical products from the original boutiqu.. Also i ask my SA several times to order something from me thats online in the website. I dont know if these count.
If it comes from your SA via any method, it counts (because it helps your SA).
Three separate SAs in FSH and London and NY respectively said they cannot see international purchase history in boutiques but I didn’t think to ask about international online. I believe that they can see online within the country
