The bag Shauna has on is the Leopard Shoulder Alma by Azzedine Alaia:

I believe it was produced in 1996. I am assuming the one she is using is the real deal (she has a few limited LVs so I am giving her the benefit of the doubt).

It looks real to me. I don't think the producers of fakes make fake unique pieces, they usually stay with mainstream LV's.
