Is Nomade LV Leather the same as Barenia?

The same as the Barenia leather from Hermes?
I have a post in the LV section showing the Nomade Alma and was wondering if it was the same, could I use the same precautions. Thanks everyone!

Congratulations on your Nomade Alma, Pink! I have the Lockit. While Nomade is beautiful and rich, I'm afraid it isn't the same as Barenia. Barenia is softer and easier to buff. As for color, it's darker and less "warm" than the Caramel Nomade. HTH!

no, not really. i love lv nomade leather.i own one in alma. occasionally carry one.
