is it very hard to get a Rolex SS Daytona in the US ?

Do you know by how much? Wasn't US retail somewhere around $10400 before the increase? What is it now?
Various models of the Daytona aren't hard to come by, it's SS that is impossible to find in the United States (don't even think about Canada).
Also, it's a rather large watch, even for a man's watch. If you're a woman, def try on before buying as unless you have a larger than average bone structure, you're likely to look like you're wearing your father's watch (not in a good way).
I'd love to find one for DH, but no luck so far.

Actually, in Southern California, they are very easy to come by. I have been shopping for a new watch, and every AD I have been to has had the SS Daytona. Not sure how other states are though, but we've got plenty here!

Reason to visit lovely California! As if I need another reason.
In NYC, Boston, Palm Beach I've been SOL. NY surprised me most, as I kinda consider it the shopping mecca of the NE. I mean, if you can't find it in NYC, where can you find it on the Continent?
I'm also limited because I insist on buying all high end items from brick and mortar locals.
