Is Botkier over?

i don't think it's over, they're just a small brand. fewer bags = less chatter. i adore my bianca satchel and get compliments on it alllll the time.

I have 3 botkier bags, small black triger, large coral trigger and a green clyde, I still wear them from time to time when it's called for by an outfit, so no they are not over, they are actually hot,... go to neimanmarcus.com and see all the new hot looks. I love theis brand!

Had you posted this a few days ago, I would have been able to offer you the Cognac Luxe Trigger I had on eBay! I just sold it, and mailed it today.

I definitely don't think that Botkier is over. We do go in cycles here, in terms of what people lust after. It's a great bag in general - very functional. And, the new Turbo Triggers are super soft! Good luck!

I think it's getting less trendy, but it still is a good bag. I am looking forward to more styles by them, hopefully without tassles that make me think of pasties.

Not for me-mine's about 6 months old-a trigger medium lux in gunmental and I love the compartments. I can always find my things easily.
When I get tired of a bag I retire it to my 20 year old -she appreciates any good handbag cause she understands the value of a dollar(she's a junior in college and said she'll wait til she gets a job! to buy an expesive one.............
My motto if you enjoy the bag.who cares if its in or out,don't be a slave to fashion trends,buy what you like.......

I love Botkier. The leather and the functionality as unparalled. For me, it will never be over (unless it's a color that I'm tired of)

Some of the triggers just went on sale on elux actually, so I take that as a sign that it's on the outs for the fashionistas, but I don't care.

I just got a Clyde and I love it.

Nah, I don't think it's over yet. I have a buttercup stirrup which I absolutely love.... Love the tassels & I will still wear it because not many ppl know about this brand & the quality of the bag is excellent

No, not over... the prices have been steadily increasing! I bought my botkier when it first came out.. the trigger was only $350... everything now is $500 or more it seem like...

I purchased my trigger last spring, and I tucked it away for a while as I obsessed about balenciaga. Well, recently I dished it out again to clean- and I decided I could never sell my bag. Here is photographic proof why. I like carrying my trigger on the side without zippers (I don't know why) and the leather is divine! It's just a very practical bag (if you like gazillion compartments).
