Thanks. I really think it pays to call them and have them check the quality before it ships.
The packaging is so gorgeous...it's worth it and they don't even charge for it.

I have tried that and still got the same damaged bag I returned. I think they sometimes don't see flaws as damage.

Oh gosh. That's terrible ! I warned them that I didn't want one that had an indentation from the tape measure they put on top of the bags. I told them that's not a good idea to do for expensive bags.
