yes I noticed that too. so now and then you will see bucket bags popping up, must be returns, now I know for the next time. In November most stores have restock, for now I ordered the lady bag at Dover street market. I'm happy with that ^^.

Watch out for a Black/Ballerina regular bucket popping back up. My return just got processed. It'll have a dent in the back from the free tape measure, and various scratches on the body. :/

Which site? I saw one on the asia pacific site earlier and refrained.
I usually buy and think if they're selling it how bad can it be? Maybe it was just someone OCD about a small leather variation, but it's never that simple it's usually in shocking shape and they just keep trying to sell them off.

It'll be on USA.

It wasn't disturbingly horrible, but just certainly not what I expect a new product to look like. I have a Black/Flamma that came from Ssense with scratches, but they were more "how veg tan looks" than "this is damaged". My backpack from Ssense was entirely flawless, despite being Camello!

Most of the bags I've got from NAP when they've first been put up and there's plenty available have been ok but any I've got that were returns have always been for an obvious reason. I often still give it a go anyway only to be disappointed each time as expected. Admittedly after one use of veg tanned bags they show alot of wear anyway but I just don't want to receive them looking like that to begin with.

Oops. I guess I'm getting your return. I hope it's not, but if so, they let us return.

I hope it's a different bag. :) But even if it was my return, perhaps you'll still find it perfectly acceptable! With the crappy USD to CAD exchange rate and then duty fees on top, I was paying $912.77 CAD for it, so it had to be in better condition than it was for me to keep it.

Oh my....I don't blame you.
I actually checked and they showed another one after I purchased it. So, I called and asked if they could send me one without a dent or any visible damage and they said they would:)
I hope so!

I don't blame you. I want my bags to be pristine when they arrive. That's part of the fun:)

I got it today and it doesn't look like it is a return! It is pristine :))
