She is quite daring. Which, is as i said earlier reminding me so much of the youngest daughter. She was the only one who did that sort of thing. She doesn't do a proper crawl either, she bums scoots and very fast, she listens for the gates and takes off
So cute! DD2 is crawling and trying to pull herself up. She also does this thing where she has her hands and feet on the floor, bum in the air.

Does anyone still have their wedding dress? If yes, what are your plans for it? I can’t fit into mine and pretty sure DD doesn’t want it if she ever marries. Do people sell/buy wedding dresses?
You can sell them on Tradesy. That is one thing they don't allow returns on.

Both my daughters are already married and neither wanted my dress. Neither had a formal wedding. I still have it. I haven't looked at it in years. I didn't ever really love it, but I don't know if I'll be motivated to sell it.

Take lots of pictures! This time goes by too fast. My daughters took their time learning to walk but my son, I swear, it was only a couple of days from furniture walking to regular walking. I remember him walking like Frankenstein with his arms straight out in front of him.

Look at that smile on his face!
Lol decades years ago we went to a zoo with my relatives were visiting. There were two naughty little monkey getting busy right in front of us! My cousin, then 4 years old asked what are they doing? We all turned away and tried to redirect all children to other animals! I can't remember if anyone answered her! I remember the male monkey had the same expression on his face!

OK thanks — good to know. Although I can’t imagine shipping that huge box (the dry cleaner put it in a nice box). Maybe just easier to donate it — or cut it up to make some lace doilies . I loved my dress though.

I think I knew I didn't want it later on, and mine was in the nice box too. It wasn't like I would pull it out to wear it, and it would just sit in a closet. I figured if I gave it up early someone could have a pretty new and clean dress. It just made sense. I see why people hold on to them, but in the end they often just sit there. It would be nice if there were more options.

 this happened to us years ago when DD was maybe around 10. DH saw 2 giraffes in the act and he didn't worry about allowing DD to see it. I think I was the one most traumatized by it .

You are right — no point in it sitting in the closet (like pretty bags ). In actuality, it’s been sitting in a closet at my parents all these years. Guess it’s time I take responsibility for it.

I was thinking of bags that would catch me off guard and make me laugh, the kind that might make you do a double take, but this is a special one I would notice and appreciate seeing the fun details. I would do a double take to admire it. Is there a story behind your bag (NY trip?) or did you just love it? It would make a great reminder of a special trip.
