So interesting to hear that you and others here on this thread have to share your things with your DDs. My DD has never wanted to borrow my things — not sure what that means, like my things are too uncool for her . You may need a lock for your closet . No seriously, I am envious and wish my DD would like to borrow my things (I know, sounds kinda desperate huh?).

My younger dd does not. We are actually the same shoe size, mind you she did finally relent and buy her first pair of blundstone boots after i kept telling her she would LOVE Them(she does.. hee.hee) Overall though my youngest and I have very different tastes and she is not into bags, SLG's or anything like that, she's an artist and gamer.

What's wrong with me? I just ordered another dress! I think I bought 6 dresses during lockdown. Before this, I hadn't worn a dress for years except to a wedding. I haven't worn any of my new dresses out of the house but they are comfortable to wear at home. I wonder if I'll dare wear them out of the house when things get back to normal, if that ever happens.

I HATE bras. Like, as much as anyone can hate something. The nicest i have found for someone of the "petite" side, as the ones from Aerie, comfortable and a lot of styles and go on sale. My fav thing is just a cami with a built in shelf bra perfectly acceptable, as i do not need support but for actual bras the Aerie bralette are very nice.
lol, twins, I mostly use camis or tees with build up cups, one my boobs are small i dont need to much support plus after breastfeeding 3 children they are way far gone  haha, and also i work overnight long shift hoursso having bra its super annoying and painful by hour 6 , so i have a bunch of camis , plus size extra layer in Fall and winter :happydance:

Lol! That's great you are wearing them. I forgot; why don't you enjoy wearing dresses out of the house?

Partly because I'm of the generation that wore heels with dresses so I don't know what kind of shoes to wear, and partly because I don't like the look of my knees. I haven't worn shorts in years either. Then part of me feels that even though these are casual dresses, it is unusual and will draw more attention to me than if I just wore jeans.

It’s not too bad if you are at least wearing them in the house (especially with all the heatwave we have been experiencing). How about you promise yourself NOT to buy more than 7 total (one for each day of the week )?

We must be playing a role reversal because I love dresses and normally would have bought new ones, but haven’t since the pandemic. Lol I’ve been into jumpsuits and rompers. I do miss my dressss. :(

Not into sandals?

Whew I finally caught up with all the pages! Again I’ve been preoccupied with WFH and now schooling from home. We have a semi rhythm that gets thwarted every few days by a small human that decides to change her napping schedule on us. I’ve missed you guys so much. I haven’t bought a bag since July but I did have to spend a more than I needed to on a new iPad since my son took mine over for school.

Wow Iam! This is so lovely on you! I rather like it as a hobo style bag too since it’s not very wide.

Thanks C . I think I will mostly be wearing it short like a hobo but it’s nice that I can wear it as a crossbody too. Hope you are all doing well — guess your oldest kiddos started their new school year? And you are surviving this heatwave ? I saw that it was 121 in Woodland Hills — yikes!!! Have you used your Noe yet?
