It is funny because I get drawn to notebooks/journals in stores, but I don't have a single use for them. lol. I have 2 right now that I bought because I loved them, and they are sitting here waiting on a use sometime.

I get that so am I. They have these yummy leather ones at a bookstore here and i was admiring them but my daughter was after something else, i of coarse have no use for anything like that but.... they sure are fun to admire.

good bra!!

that reminds me of yesterday, I mailed a package to my daughter who is living her brothers apartment because she had a fight with her friend/roommate and had to move out and he was home because their was a break between summer A & B and he told her she could stay at his place...2 months later she is still there but back to package.

It seems UPS can not even with their high tech GPS system can not deliver a package to the right address, I mean its like a scavenger hunt to locate your package because it's in your area but not at your house and you have to go find it.

I send my daughter a text saying hey the package is there...nothing for 3 hours, she gets back to me and says it's not here. I tell her go walk around the very small apartment complex and look for it...she tells me I have to put pants on! Not shoes or a bra but pants...she hasn't changed since she was little, the girl who hates clothes.

She calls me back and tells me it's not anywhere to be found. I call UPS and the contact the driver and hour later they get back to me and tell me where the driver left it...basically they admitted to just dropping off the package at the wrong address and running away. Luckily for my daughter her package was outside the apartment the driver left it at and she talked to the people that are living there and they told her that it happens everyday with UPS.

I would call and complain to UPS but what good would that do? They told me that the package didn't have the apartment number on it, I told them yes it did because I made up the label, and I printed it from my computer.

Frustrating! and yes we get that here, we have some very close numbers on this street and we keep getting their mail and they get ours. Even the couriers do it. Like folks READ the darn number it's on the fence right by the road.

 Good bras — what are those? These days, I rarely ever wear one unless I am going out (even then, it depends on the material of the top, call it a blessing of being “small”)

I HATE bras. Like, as much as anyone can hate something. The nicest i have found for someone of the "petite" side, as the ones from Aerie, comfortable and a lot of styles and go on sale. My fav thing is just a cami with a built in shelf bra perfectly acceptable, as i do not need support but for actual bras the Aerie bralette are very nice.

Hi ML. Yes, I am still using my LV SLGs mostly because I only own a few others (1 Coach key pouch, 1 Fossil key pouch and 1 old full size Buxton (?) wallet). I am not too worried about them since they are inside my bag. When I know I will need to pay, I unzip my key cles and have the credit card sticking out of it before I get out of my car so it’s ready to go at the cash register. I know how fun it is just to look at them (admire them ) if you are not using them currently — not crazy at all .

I really love my ZCPs (although my vernis ones are a little less carefree, I let go of 2 vernis ones in the last couple of years). My current favorites are my monogram pop one and my new DE w/ RB lining (I parted with my DE with brown lining since I prefer the pink lining). I recommend getting either a mono or DE one to start with — great classic and carefree too. I would like a Christmas one since I love little Vivienne  but I don’t want to worry about the illustration inevitably chipping down the line (since I will be handling my ZCP often/daily). Plus I am trying to be good in limiting my collection. Here is the most recent picture of them (taken in March, I have since let go of one because I don’t like odd number of things  and I rather not add another one now).

Cool picture! i would love to try some of those. I just honestly prefer carrying only a wallet especially these days.

I think you had better use your wallet then. It is just so cute with that little kitty face! I am super fond of monogram in all of its renditions. The white on black is just stunning.

But gosh, do I hear you. My daughter loves to "borrow" my things. I cannot even keep track anymore of what she has taken to her closet. It's a good thing her feet are a half size smaller than mine because I cannot share my shoes. DD is living at home this fall, due to COVID, as all university classes are online. I guess there will be a lot of opportunity for closet sharing.

So interesting to hear that you and others here on this thread have to share your things with your DDs. My DD has never wanted to borrow my things — not sure what that means, like my things are too uncool for her :(. You may need a lock for your closet . No seriously, I am envious and wish my DD would like to borrow my things (I know, sounds kinda desperate huh?).

OK ML. I didn’t have a chance to google your Swarovski pen till now — and I think I need this pink one.

Me, too, LT. I love planners and notebooks and pens of all kinds. I still enjoy writing notes by hand and using a paper planner. Right now I'm using a Swarovski pen with all those pretty little crystals in rose gold. It's beautiful, a gift from one of my students. I've just discovered Rifle & Co and I love their floral patterns. I have a beautiful Rifle notebook.

I also love stickers. I have a huge collection at school to use for my sweeties.

Thanks HS . I like it a lot and feel like I chose the best one for me from a few possible choices (I ordered it without trying it on first, it’s not like the good old days when it was easy/safe to spend a lot of time in the store trying, looking at, and touching bags ).

I can tell your smitten. Exactly what a new bag should feel like!!

My oldest is all over my stuff. We don't wear the same clothes or shoe size but my purse, wallets and anything like that she states she must be informed before i sell anything, she gets first dibs lol. (according to her.. :hrmm::lol:)

I hate bras too but I really need one if I'm going out in public.

We don't share clothes anymore not that my daughters don't live nearby. But when they were still living at home, we shared clothes a lot. Never shoes; my daughters have cute tiny feet, not like mine. My older daughter is very tiny. I don't think she and I wear the same size anymore, and the younger one has gotten bigger than me.
It’s fun to browse the clothes at Costco and Target for me
My daughters and I had so much fun trying on clothes at Target.
