I'm bummed out this morning. Last night my husband told me about a guy who died at an young age of 42. Same old as my DH. This morning I looked up the obituary and found out he died the day after celebrating his 11th anniversary. I couldn't hold my tears back.. I can't imagine what this family is going through. Makes me appreciate my family so much more! Such a sad reminder to never take life for granted...
Two weeks ago my husband's co-worker's mother died suddenly of heart attack. She was perfectly healthy. Another neighbor's dad's friend also died a sudden death. I am just so saddened by all these sad news. Sorry guys .. just had to let it out.

It’s ok to let it out — this kind of things are very real and can hit us hard. When Kobe and his young DD passed away suddenly, it drove home the point that no one really knows when their time is up. As I always stress out about this and that and my folk’s sad situation, I need to remember that I can’t get so caught up in the hard stuff and enjoy the good stuff (however small, like looking at all your fun reveals :))). Maybe ask your boys for extra hugs tonight?

It's so sad and scary. My daughter works in the city where the latest case of Corona virus was diagnosed. I'm in constant fear that DH will have another heart attack and this one will be fatal. When my kids were in grammar school, one of their classmates lost their father. I can't remember what he died of, but I remember how terrible it was. No kid should have to deal with that. I'm on another thread in which several people have lost people close to them; husbands and parents.

Yes, and the problem is that they are jumpy ads that make you click on the wrong topic. I hate it. I have another site that has gone ad crazy as well, and it makes it so annoying to try to navigate, esp on the ipad. I had such a tough time with this site last night on the ipad. I get they need money, but I wish they were static ads and not ones that moved and changed all of the time. Lastly, it sucks up more battery on the ipad. ugh.
