Yeah, I think that’s what so good about this show. It stands really well on its own, but there’s lots of little hints and mentions of the original, that it’s still like a sequel.

Well I bought another Zip to replace the one I sold to my workmate...its supposed to be navy but if it turns out to be black that ok.
I still have the one Im watching that I love but the cost is too high. I have to keep my buys under $100 so I dont incur import tax...which I think is what might happen to my Rambler which is stuck in customs for the last week.
If not released by weds I will ring and find out whats wrong.
Other than another Patricia , Im gonna have to slow down the buying until next year.
Booking my trip to Italy tommorrow if all goes well.

Then in his first movie as as Kylo Ren, I found him slightly better looking (DD even said he had beautiful hair in that movie, lol). Then I think in the second or third movie as Kylo Ren, they kept showing him all muscular without his shirt on so my opinion of him definitely changed for the better :smile:. He seemed pretty likable and kinda charming in the few Indie movies (like Paterson) I have seen him in. So he is a Yes for me.

EDIT — Just saw that for Halloween, Target sells a Kylo Ren wig (guess others are obsessed with his hair too)

There are about 6 weeks left this year so you can certainly slow down on buying this year, lol. How fun you are going to Italy next year.

We have HBO so we stream from HBO Go. DH and I decided we enjoy Watchmen more than His Dark Materials (so we will finish available Watchmen episodes first, lol).

Edit: lots of references to the Original version (luckily DH is familiar with the original and explain to me as they come up)

My daughter gave me access to her Netflix account so I watch that when I run out of shows, but right now I've got plenty on regular TV. I never watch anything when it is broadcast. I record everything I want to watch and then watch it later, cutting out the commercials. I have Amazon Prime but I've never put it on our TV. I'm already overwhelmed with regular TV and Netflix even though there are some Amazon shows I'd like to watch.

I’m the same and rarely watch any shows live. Even if there’s a show that I want to watch at the time it’s airing live I’ll wait a half hour as it’s recording and then I can fast forward through the commercials and I end up finishing it only a few mins after it’s done airing. Not watching the commercials cuts an hour show down to about 42 mins haha

Yes you’re supposed to take them out while eating or drinking anything besides water, and then brush before putting them back in. It’s kind of a big pain but I’m getting used to it.

I’ve read a lot about how some people “cheat” with them and drink their coffee and tea with them in. But not only do you run the risk of staining the trays (which you wear up to 2 weeks each) but you run the risk of damaging your teeth. The coffee or tea or whatever liquid can get in the tray and then just sit there and potentially cause cavities since your saliva isn’t naturally washing it away.

I’ve only cheated a few times but with clear drink usually lol

I agree with having so many tv show to watch. It does get overwhelming, but I’m fortunate enough to be able to watch things while I’m working. So I do go through shows and movies quickly. And I try to save the inappropriate shows for home lol. Tbh, I spend so much time watching at work that when I go home, I don’t feel like watching and just kind go with whatever the kids or DH want to watch or I catch up on my manga or books.

On a personal note, I’ve hit the 30 week mark this pregnancy. It’s dawning on me how quickly 10 weeks can go by. Baby gear shopping is so different from before and it’s really distracted me from bag shopping lol

I’m thinking they’re going to release a full price collection as well months down the road. I don’t know why they’re doing it that way lately?

The full price versions end up being just a bit nicer usually so maybe I can get those instead :)
