So this is interesting. At some point I had done some feedback from an email from
Coach about my experience at the actual store. That visit was with the nice SA, and I said nice things about her, but said I rarely go there because it is typically less than pleasant. I don't even remember what I said. It asked if the info could be shared with the store, and I said yes.
Today I got an email from nice SA, thanking me for the feedback and glad I had a good experience with her, and said she is the new manager. Wow! She apologized for the lesser experiences and hoped they could turn that around. I called her briefly and said congrats, and yes, it was really bad for years, and I would have given so much more business over the last many years if it had been different. And I told her about the "fun" (not) Mother's Day event. Anyway, at least the nice SA is now a manager and I am on her "client" list so I can work directly with her for anything I am looking for.
That said, I don't want to look for anything for a while! lol!!!
