BTW, I went to Coach yesterday to check out the sale and bought nothing. Anything I wanted was not 50% off which were the green triple crossbody and the grace 20 in blue.

Is the blue one only in stores? I didn't see one online--I only see the regular size Grace? I am not looking for one, just curious as I think Grace 20 is the bag I picked up on clearance at the department store a while back in metallic.

So this is interesting. At some point I had done some feedback from an email from Coach about my experience at the actual store. That visit was with the nice SA, and I said nice things about her, but said I rarely go there because it is typically less than pleasant. I don't even remember what I said. It asked if the info could be shared with the store, and I said yes.
Today I got an email from nice SA, thanking me for the feedback and glad I had a good experience with her, and said she is the new manager. Wow! She apologized for the lesser experiences and hoped they could turn that around. I called her briefly and said congrats, and yes, it was really bad for years, and I would have given so much more business over the last many years if it had been different. And I told her about the "fun" (not) Mother's Day event. Anyway, at least the nice SA is now a manager and I am on her "client" list so I can work directly with her for anything I am looking for.
That said, I don't want to look for anything for a while! lol!!!

Well, it's been a rough month here. A water heater leak cost us $1400 out of pocket and a homeowners insurance claim, so that wasn't fun. Could have been far worse, but it still sucked.
And now I'm on crutches, unable to walk.Background - I have severe plantar fasciitis, which is an inflammation/thickening of the tendon that runs the long way through the bottom of your foot. It's very painful, not super treatable, and I've been dealing with severe PF in my left foot, and mild PF in my right foot, for years. I have extensive tearing and shredding of that tendon in the left foot.
Sunday night I was chasing our pug puppy around the back yard, and managed to slip and further injure that tendon on my bad foot pretty severely, causing even more tearing, and unbearable pain. Saw my podiatrist yesterday and he gave me the bad news that I may not be able to walk for two weeks or more.
Good news is that the super slick knee scooter below is being delivered today. I do not do well on crutches, having chronic back and shoulder issues. The scooter will hopefully enable me to go back to working at the office, as I work in a large building. I might want to invest in a helmet...I anticipate some wheeeeeeeee! moments in my near future. Hopefully my body decides to cooperate in healing at least back to the pain level I was at before the Sunday night injury.

I wanted a british tan Willis made in Costa Rica soooooooo baaaaaaaad but I either dilly dallied about spending the money (or finding the space for another vintage bag) and I missed out on a great BIN price or I got outbid on several auctions. I did eventually get one in near perfect condition for a good price. You just have to realize that you may have to wait a little bit for another try but most types of bags do show up again. It also helps me to gauge how badly I wanted the bag. If I lose an auction and shrug and say "meh", maybe I didn't want it bad enough. But if I feel heart broken and need a big piece of chocolate cake to feel better then I know I need to pounce on the next one I see!
As for the bf, he probably does take up a lot of space, most of them do. Once I got rid of mine I had a whole entire empty closet just for my bags!! Ha ha ha ha!
