Just checking in. Am dutifully shopping my closet but I can't lie, am always scouting out the resale sites for vintage treasure.
Did anyone else purchase during FOS? I did not buy the black rogue [emoji1]
Yes, if you go over there, you will see there were a couple of us that are guilty of purchasing multiple items. lol! (lowers head in shame, and hopes the items come in bad condition!)

I didn't buy anything from FOS this time! But I have already sinned (big surprise there!) because my life isn't complete till I have a red Balenciaga checked off my wish list! I just did that. [emoji38][emoji7]
In other words, you didn't buy other things because you needed the funds for the more expensive brand? lol!

Then I sold two bags [emoji126](which always happens to me after I buy a bag) but I'm trying to not buy something new unless I'm head over heels for it! I looked at FOS and I wasn't in love with anything they had that was a must have. [emoji2374]
I completely understand. I am really, really hoping when my various items come it is one of those things that I just needed to get them, see them in person, and then know I am okay without them. I don't usually do that, but this past sale had a few items I have been considering over time. Unfortunately I will have to pay for return shipping, but that is still cheaper than the bags. The Nolita I am using currently was NWT! I have quite a lot of stuff still NWT that I need to start enjoying before I buy other new things.

UPDATE: Ok, so am only human. Just now got this Legacy Rambler (Made in the Mexico plant) for under $30 (that includes shipping) on Ebay. There is also a sweet brown Prairie there that I was sorely tempted by but still too expensive for me (plus decided I would get more use out of Rambler due to its shape). If I can get something for under $30 I can definitely be swayed. Like my Patricia's Legacy bag (USA made), I got for about $22 in an auction and it is practically mint. Ok, ummmm, back on the wagon!

I committed a few sins on FOS/PCE and likely will at SAS. But, DH told me to pick out some stuff for Mother's Day and my birthday is next week. I'm guessing at least something will get returned. DH and the kids also ordered me something after I got injured while volunteering. I don't have high hopes though because he doesn't have the best taste

That is sooo sweet that they ordered you something! Hah! Mr. VV would NEVER order me a bag unless I said "Here is the link. Buy me this!" or if we are in a store near a birthday/holiday and I say "Ooooh! I love this!" But on his own? Nope! He is a techie so I always get at least 3 things for my computer or phone that I could care 2 hoots about. Though to be fair, he also did buy me the Bonnie Cashin book I wanted for my last birthday plus more dust bags even though he was like "Whaaat?!" when I showed him what they were.
