Well if anyone wants the rogue whipstitch tote they should keep an eye out at the FOS online or outlet stores. This makes me so mad. I should have known when the FP CS said "I'm not at liberty to say" where she found the whole pile of new bags. This one is in crap shape too with scratches and dents.

First off sorry that happened but i cannot say i am surprised... this "concept" that things don't go to outlet is absurd. They are 100% full of it, to be really blunt and not to tactful.. they have more cr*p than my horses field when it comes to this topic.
Gather this is going back, what are you going to do? so frustrating.
Made a decision that i am going to sell my smallest Longchamp LP... i don't use it and frankly, won't. I like my small LH LP for storage and it's good as a lightweight tote to travel with, otherwise doesn't work for my as a purse sadly, why keep two...
Now just need to sort a price and the Ad. Hopefully it sells promptly before i lose my gusto to list it.

I talked to CS again to voice my displeasure and feeling of being deceived because I asked up front if it was going to be an outlet bag before they even sent it out. They have no other retail ones in stock so this one is going back with a lovely note as well.
I do have these from the SAS to make me happy though so I won't be without a tote that's for sure.

These are all so lovely! Definitely complain to CS it's unacceptable. I honestly don't know who they think they are kidding with this nonsense. Customers are not all clueless, and these games in the long run will harm their business.
