Thanks! Yes, we just moved a couple years ago. We thought this would be a long term place to be, but it didn’t work out. We are moving to warmer weather, so no complaints here!

How cool! It is sad to part with certain bags, but it’s a bit easier knowing they are going to loving homes!

Congrats on your sale. Wow, your Speedy must be near vintage or the buyer is a child (lol). Btw, I saw the black/pink Parker at Macy’s. I don’t know if it was the lighting there or that particular bag (vs other black/pink Parker’s) but I did not like the pink and other color stripes up close (I would worry about the color chipping like LV screenprint). The bag looks beautiful in pictures in reveals here and on the website so I don’t know if it was that particular one at the store or my bad eye sight. I already mentioned that I liked the black quilted Edie’s at Macy’s but perhaps lighting doesn’t make a difference on black bags. Can’t wait till you get your Reissue.

Oh I loved it. And still do but it’s been more of a sentimental thing rather than something I enjoyed using. I could only carry it for about a day and sometimes even less than that. I going to use the sale money to fund the version with a strap. I still can’t quit the speedy I guess

I haven’t seen it up close yet only. Only from a distance while walking past it. It’s definitely eye catching. I have to play with it when I get the chance. I didn’t realize that the colored stripes were painted on. That is something to think about. And I can’t wait either! I will be spamming all the threads with it when it finds me! Haha

off topic — is anyone seeing that #GucciHallucination ad up on top of TPF? This ad (with the lady in the green dress lying face up in shallow water like a corpse) creeps me out every single time. Usually there is a way to opt out of these ads but I couldn’t find it this time.

I am going to have to get serious about selling off a lot of my collection. DH and I are preparing to move >1000 miles away! I’ve been stressing over my bags as I’m not comfortable leaving them out when we show our house, but it’s way too tedious to pack them up in my car every time we have a showing. It’s also going to be super hard to transport all of them as I will not want to put them on the moving truck. Ugh! I bought a large plastic tote last night and it fits 3 Rogues and a Cooper. I think my goal is to get one more of the same tote and I can only take what fits. Is gonna be tough, but I believe I can do it! Any suggestions for traveling with purses or hiding purses during house showings is much appreciated [emoji23][emoji23]

How wow you’re moving! Excited? I feel like you just moved lol. When I sold my place I didn’t have as many bags as I do now so I believe I had them in their dustbags kind of hidden in the closet. As far as transport I had them in my car in dustbags in the back of my car with some in plastic containers and some not, and made sure only I moved them. I’ve accumulated a lot of bags since I last moved. [emoji85]So this will be fun the next time I move lol. [emoji14]
