I am quite fond of the Speedy. I carried it again today and it is just a great silhouette for me. Although large on the inside, I find with my many pouches I can make it work and get good use out of all my SLGs.
Price is my major problem! When something is cheap, I can't resist. It is such a thrill to get something for a great price. On the other hand, I have problems spending lots of money on any one thing. I can spend lots of money on lots of things so it adds up to the same amount, but I feel like I'm getting more since I have many items to show for it. Since I don't have much self control when it comes to purses and fobs, the only thing that saves me is being cheap!
Yes, agree that the price point and frequent sales of Coach makes it easy to pick up something here and there without major planning or sacrifices (for me, in the form of selling other bags). But like you said, they all add up. I struggle all the time with my ban (my head tells me No more, but my heart says otherwise
). Just today I was tempted (when I met a friend at the handbag section of Macy’s. I know, why there? We usually meet outside the entrance but it was supposed to rain so she suggested the handbag section, lol). I finally saw Coach’s quilted bags — did not like the Parkers due to it being too small etc but I liked the two black quilted Edie’s (carryall and shoulder bag). But I am sticking with my March ban (that’s why I had to commit to it in writing here, otherwise, it would have been out of the window today if I didn’t commit to it officially). So it is a constant struggle.
I love the color of that crossbody and sandals. I'd be getting a bag in that color if there was one I really loved. I hope you'll reveal it here as I'm a little worried the color isn't as pretty IRL. I have the charm in my cart already but I don't know if I'll get it. They aren't very cheap even with a discount.
Of course I am! J/k [emoji23] It comes with a wrist strap so I just basically think of it as a large wristlet. That's pretty much I plan on using it with a long strap stored in one side so I can have the option to switch if needed.
I saw a Marine Dufflette/Duffle at Macy’s today and it is kind of a light pale-ish color. It might look different on other bags
I saw the colors in the store today and it looks very pretty to me. I think stock photos always look brighter due to the professional lighting and photography. I have adjusted my expectations accordingly since the last blue KH bag let me down so I decided to check out the color first before ordering. My store didn't have anything in ice yellow. I am just going to expect a very pale yellow and if it's richer I'll be happily surprised. [emoji16]
