One is a vintage Coach bag in a style I always wanted to try. It was a totally impulse decision. The listing didn't have the right pictures to authenticate.

The other I am really excited about. It is a brand I've never tried, and it is purple! I hope I love it.

I bought both within 5 minutes of each other. It was like once I fell into the ocean, it was easy to keep going.

On a positive note, I sold a pair of shoes.

They are really hard to repair, and it is difficult to get the new edging to be as smooth and even as the original. If it isn't too bad and has just started to come off, you can glue it back on. If it is too far gone, you have to remove all of it and start over. You can buy edge kote but it takes a lot of patience to apply many layers. I've used puff paint, which is a lot easier, but it is still difficult to get it smooth and even. On vintage bags, they didn't use edging so you don't have to worry about it.

I've never tried but maybe they could do a good job at a shoe repair.

Isn’t that annoying! Makes me think they’re up to something shady. I remember seeing one of Sarah’s photos used on ebay. I used to watermark my pix diligently, but now I don’t. Maybe I should start again.

No bag purchases for me since December. A few Vera Bradley pouches to switch out bags more easily. Not gonna lie though, I am looking to add a few colorful and maybe a straw bag for summer. Till then, I will live through your collections!

my son has no fine motor skills, I had in piano lessons for years thinking that could help - nope and at 18 he ties his shoes that look like a hot mess of knots and he has serial killer handwriting

Once a tpfer stole my picture and put it on ebay. When I complained to her, she got huffy and said that it was on Google for anyone to use, and I didn't own it. After I told her who I was on tpf, she backed off and stopped using it.

Interesting. It didn't help improve at all? My son has great handwriting but only on dry erase board. His handwriting looks like prints. But it's not as good on paper.

I don't think it did, his handwriting can be good at times but it's still not great and I had his 4th grade teacher tell me not to worry because everything will be done on the computer
