Hello ladies so it's my birthday and I got this bracelet as a gift but it's too big so my question is can I go to Lv and exchange it for a different size without the receipt?

Did a friend or someone significant bought it for you? Tell them about your situation with the bracelet. 
Why won't they?
I've exchanged two things before without receipt. If it's within 30 days any LV store should take it back for exchange. At least that's what the policy was a year ago on two occasions in two different stores. They didn't give me tax back though. They just look up the purchaser and as long as it's unused you should be ok. Try again?
