Has anyone used the instant lip plumper before by sovage? does it really make the lips bigger?
or have u used any other brand of lip plumper? if so which one and has it really worked?
I got the Sovage at Marshall's. I did not notice any difference. Nice colors, but no plumping. I like the Too Faced products. They burn, but they work for me.
