Just added a few measurements to the Google spreadsheet:

Madame Claude 120 Patent, size 37.5: 9 1/2"
Eugenie Strass 140 Satin, size 37: 9 3/8"
Lillian 120 Patent, size 37.5: 9 1/2"
Declic 120 Suede, size 37.5: 9 1/2"
Almeria 120, size 37: 9 1/2"
Tigresse 120, size 37: 9 1/2"

I tried my best and used a soft measuring tape.

Also, I was told by an SA at CL Madison in NYC that the width of the shoes are the same regardless of size, just different lengths? How are we supposed to measure the width of the toebox, at the widest point?

This is going to sound strange but how can the difference in insole measurement between the 38.5 and the 40 be 1/4 inch (9.75 vs. 10 respectively) but the difference between a 10 and a 10.5 is also 1/4 inch (10 vs. 10.25)? I know CLs are inconsistent but come on....

Unfortunately, the measuremnts are inconsistent. I can measure the VP in a 40 and a 41 to determine the difference between those two at least. I measured along the longest part so from the centre of the heel at the back to the very tip of the platform.

VP in Old Sizing
40 - 10 1/8"
41 - 10 3/8" (this is slightly different from the numbers in the spreadsheet, but very close)

^^Thanks, Hya. I was actually referring to the spreadsheet b/c I am trying to determine my size in the minibout b/c I am looking to make a purchase and if the sizing wasn't confusing me enough, the variance in the sizes that members have logged in the spreadsheet has me even more confused :shrugs:

I am actually a 38 in most (Rolando, Peniche) and a 37.5 in others (new Ron Ron) but I found them in a 38.5. I went to the spreadsheet and saw that they were listed at a 9.75 and I thought "Ohh, I can make them fit", then I saw that the 40's are listed only. .25 inches bigger and I got worried. I have never tried on the VPs but in the NPs, I am a 38 so a 38.5 may work. They are on ebay though so I am super scared that I will get them and they will be too big....

Great idea! My feet are approx 10" long (10 4/8 allowing for a thumbs width extra room) but the problem I have is that my width is 4 1/8 on one foot and 4 2/8 on the other. Most of the shoes are 3" wide i notice for the length I would require. If i go up on the length anymore the width will be ok but the length too big.....does anyone else have this problem and what do you think is the maximum length I could go up to that the likes of a heel grip would accomodate for ?, so then the width would be ok.

Thanks :)
