I thought she boycotted the brand based on the previous video. Yet, she is making people guess the new piece she purchased. I do appreciate that she is a VCA addict. For that, her videos are entertaining to watch.that’s perfect for her
They will use a microscope for her return. Lol. Check for dead skin and fine scratches.
The brand is not without its faults. Same is true with Chanel or Hermes. If you’ve been in this Van Cleef section of tpf or even do an overall search, you’ll notice that no one has experienced a burn stain on their guilloche on one particular spot. To me, it seems like it was caused by wear and tear. If, however, a melee diamond fell out from a few wears, that would really look like a manufacturing defect. It has happened. The SA quotes a $160 cost to repair (or even more now that I think about it), the customer complains, then in some cases, the fee is waived (and sometimes it isn’t). I’ve seen it here.
Yes, this brand - as much as some people want to see it cancelled - isn’t going away. Our favorite YouTuber can’t resist (she just made a new HG purchase supposedly), and I am told today to put a deposit for the full amount for an item they don’t have in stock. 😡 Also, the boutique in south coast plaza is crowded. (And that store has bad Google reviews.) If you choose to not purchase or start your collection, that is really up to you. But the people in this section of VCA can enable you. 😁
I have seen her name pop up in the Hermes section as well. She is so cute!
I find it so embarrassing that she first talks about the boycott, and now she's already bought something again? And I can hardly imagine that she likes the new exchange and return conditions.
I also don't understand why the boutique doesn't cancel her. Apart from her constant returns and the fact that she is certainly a high maintenance customer, she doesn't spend that much money there every year and she has publicly called for a VCA boycott
I don’t watch any influencers but I really liked her in this video so I clicked the next 2 that came up. Just from that very limited exposure she seems really likeable and like one of us. She seems funny, silly, self-deprecating and has a very pretty, functional and curated collection. I love when people appreciate nice things but don’t take themself too seriously.
In the other 2 videos I saw: First video: Chalcedony looks stunning on her and I love the shade of her necklace! In the second video she says that she is going to clean her jewelry so she is going to put on a “lab coat and gloves”. 😂

I don't think she genuinely loves VCA. She comes across to me as a Poser. You can't possibly love a brand that you constantly find faults in, make a lot of returns and blast on social media every few weeks or so.

Yes, it was discontinued last fall I think. Cleaning kits are not VCA’s forte. lol Their new kit has a very small eyeshadow looking brush and a small chamois cloth with no cleaning solution. Tpf members here are not impressed. I haven’t touch mine yet.
I thought VCA only gives out travel pouches and no more boxes so even I’m confused! It is pretty annoying that the boutique couldn’t give out both.
The ring looks nice .. as long as she’s happy. I hope she doesn’t test out their new return policy they created for her. 😂

I think Monica could have shaded her though by posting her lip filler migration fix by Joannathenurse whose Huntington Beach clinic is just minutes away from SCP. Like hey Sibylla..you need to see her. lol.
Sibylla’s lips are looking better in this new video. They were getting a bit too big there.
I’m not sure I would call her an expert, but from my understanding this is a full time job for her. There used to be experts here in tpf as well.. I remember Ame who looked at GIA diamonds in the Engagement ring section of tpf years ago.. but they got bored at some point and moved on.

I laughed too, toxic relationship? Well, I almost feel forced to buy something from Van Cleef because I love it so much, but not because I doubt the quality. That's contradictory, because she herself says they're expensive pieces and she pays extreme attention to quality. It's completely incomprehensible to me that Van Cleef doesn't ban her after these videos!
I also think her make-up is really bad. It's like a bacon rind. I once saw a video from three years ago where it looked really good and pretty and she seemed very likeable!
But I also wonder how she finances it. She never mentioned her job and she's not influencer enough for it to be enough. But she calls herself a fine designer jewelry consultant since a longer time
