I seen the video am disgusted and disturbed at how she was treated at VCA! Doesnt matter how long she had it or what products she uses. Just shows you that VCA is cheaply made compared to Cartier!

I don't feel like everyone should jump into attacking VCA regarding this. I honestly believe that something is up, and I don't know who is at fault. I could see possibly something happening to the bracelet outside of normal wear and tear, and her trying to get the piece replaced vs. refunded and them refusing so her saying she is going to blow it up on social media. Or it's true that the company is terrible, but I don't think we know the truth.
