Oh not yet but I saw the title and I’ll prepare some popcorn for tonight for sure 😳
Right!! Haha. I should have gotten some wine out. What ever happened to that VCA SA she bashed? Did anyone watch any follow ups about it?

The entire video is her bashing Cartier SA and comparing VCA to Cartier, saying VCA is much better and has lower thresholds for VIP gifts for the holidays. Omg.

Oh I see. But it was exactly the opposite a few months before. Hope her SA are ok (maybe even relieved ?)

I wonder if the buying and returning pieces puts stress on the SA and the boutique. She seems to bring a lot of drama and turns on people. Wonder if she will ever be banned from the boutiques.
She brings so much drama. I used to like her content but this is getting so repetitive, so much flip-flopping. Admittedly, the SA was wrong for ignoring her for another client, but her reaction was inappropriate.

I agree with you to a point. If a client crosses a line with a SA and they become friends we cannot fault Hannah the SA. Friendship is reciprocal, so Hannah could expect her "friend" to understand if she asks her to please wait. As a friend you would want to accomodate as an engagement ring could be a big purchase from Cartier and maybe a larger commission as opposed to someone who is known for buying and returning frequently. You can't have it both ways - either you have a friendly and professional relationship with your SA or you abandon those boundaries and become true friends. If you become true friends some protocols will eventually slip away.

Excellent points. I hate the 'friend' SA thing in general too. Blurring the lines between business and pleasure never ends well. I wonder if she was so triggered because she genuinely thought they were friend or if it was an ego thing. She claims she would have been content if the SA provided a simple explanation and given her a time to come back. A part of me doesn't believe that though LOL
