What happened to Hermesbonbon?

Yes I was searching for it yesterday and couldn’t find… I was wondering the same

They posted on Friday on stories to say they were taking some time. I’ve followed them for a while and really hope they come back, it was such a great account and I really felt the passion they had for the brand.

I don't think the SA's attitude is warranted no matter the pre-spend, more importantly after a 9 year relationship. She mentioned the garden party as never being allotted to her, which is weird since I have been offered garden parties at several stores without any local pre-spend. (I sadly don't have an SA because I keep moving stores). That's just sad, I was under the impression that, at H, relationships are more important than spend because we all spend.
I agree! I can't believe she had to wait for a garden party, it was a bag I had been able to get just by walking in last year in a new store, all leather, 30 cm in a great color, too. I did have to wait for a TPM black Evelyn, which was annoying. And I never complain or try to see if my SA "is on the same page" because I fear that they'll call me ungrateful or act like I'm doing something wrong by requesting to buy the bag I've been waiting for and making sure they're not stringing me along.
I have seen Hermes lovers call women who just want handbags "entitled" because to them, one must like everything the brand sells to "deserve" a bag. but the same fangirls (and boys) will scoff you for having to wait for a birkin, because they'll say "all I had to do was buy a pair of sandals and a twilly, your SA must hate you haha." some collectors are quite meanspirited, and so are some of the SAs, evidently.

now this is the type of commentary i am interested in hahaha

eta I don't know if I fully agree with Jess here but I do see where she is coming from and appreciate the perspective. Maybe I am a jerk but I don't think reaching a breaking point justifies being mean to clients. I have never talked down to colleagues just because I am stressed. I don't think it is too much to require SAs to maintain their kindness and professionalism even if they are drained.

Bot or not, I just don't want an SA to lie to me about inventory by saying "we don't have bags." I find it demeaning now that I know what it means (and how I've seen them confirm it's a fib by taking a bag out if you turn around to leave, and how they have to show you basic bags like Evelyns and garden parties in a private room!). I also trust that a bot would provide a path for obtaining a certain bag (or other items!), whereas the SAs say "it's all luck and can take a long time." Or worse "build relationships." I want to know what building relationships really entails. What if I live hours away and can only visit/shop twice a year? And they just don't have inventory of any other thing I want? Does that mean I am not worth allocating a bag to just bc I'm geographically undesirable? I think bots would be fairer than the SA's who get to pick favorites.

And she called it a “non qb that no one wants” (referring to her first KP offer a year ago) 🤣😅🥲. Pretty sure it’s a qb in my store lol.
She is starting to look more and more plasticky to me. I am sad that it’s a trend everyone seems to fall into.

I also really do not understand how she buys so much stuff. 🤷‍♀️

I’m actually shocked at the number of people who instantly believe something because they saw it on tik tok. But I shouldn’t be surprised. People also believe tariffs were going to fix inflation because of tik tok 🤷‍♀️.
I didn't realize SO many people were SO bitter. (in the comments).
