Influencers and Hermes

She isn't talking about wanting a bag still. She does not want a bag. She was addressing all the misconceptions said about her on the last video. She stated she had the prespend which @JLO1 doesn't want to believe, that is her choice. I have seen her unboxing videos the past two years and she 100% has the prespend for a B25 rather anyone wants to believe it or not. She said she was done and over Hermes and she was happy and wished no ill will to her SA. I really don't understand the venom. She also stated she has never returned one thing to Hermes only exchanged one ring. I have no idea which store she shops at in Vegas or who her SA is. I think she has done a good job of protecting her despite many asking for names and locations.
Finally watched her follow up video. I also don't understand why her original video was so controversial. Her SA had a bad day, took it out on her. She got upset by her SAs attitude, was put off and now she's done. Cest la vie. What's the big whoop? I thought she was kind of fair in her assessment of the situation. Sure, we didn't hear her SA side of the story but honestly does it matter? The truth is probably somewhere in between where she's not quite spending as much as the competition so her SA feels like she's already working really hard for her. And she's just maybe a little too much work for her SA to bother with.

It is kind of sad though to hear her 9 year relationship with her SA end. But I guess every relationship has its season.

I was just going to say clearly the pre-spend wasn't ideal if the Sa said no bag for her yet, lol.
Just for kicks - LuxPurseLove's prespend and a suggestion that she return her husbands watch:View attachment 6161959
1:1??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 🤔 I had a feeling there was more to the story. Still doesn't excuse the SA's delivery, she could have been more tactful.

This does change things. 1:1 is pretty much like being in their favor imho, but I live near such competitive stores. I'm under the impression to spend that "little" you need to have long loyalty, potentially following an SA from a former brand they worked for, or you're very assertive about not spending more than 1:1. Probably a combination of both. Good for her, though. Who wants to be strung along?

I feel like 9 years is a long time to prove loyalty, no?

My thought is so many longtime H shoppers are on TPF and share their prespend ratios for bags on other threads. I very rarely see anyone post their ratio is 1:1 for in demand pieces. Doesn't justify the Sa calling her ungrateful, she should have politely hinted she's not there yet, but I can understand how it would be frustrating for a client to ask for bags when they're low on the priority list based on spend.. esp if they go make a youtube video about it!
