What @acrowcounted said haha. But you can go into the boutique and order it with an SA, and that would count.Dear ********, please if I order something from Hermes online for collection in store will it count towards my store purchases? Thank you
In the system it shows that the SA facilitated the sale so they get credit. It’s essentially a charge send but with the sending store being the website instead of another boutique. When my SA places an online order for me while I’m physically in the boutique, and I pick up the item in stores later on… What would that show up as on my profile? Wouldn’t it show “web purchase” exactly same as if I bought it online myself and therefore not count towards QB? I also don’t remember ever getting a receipt that shows my SA’s name (like on the usual in-store receipts), so how do I check that he’s getting credit for helping me order online?
Hi. I recently ordered a necklace I plan to return online, (I wanted to see if I liked the fit). If so, I am planning to order it through my SA (there’s currently a waitlist hence my need to order online to try it on). If I ordered through my husband and plan to return, can my SA see this? I obviously want to purchase with her but don’t want to waste her time finding it if I absolutely hate the necklace. Thanks so much!In the system it shows that the SA facilitated the sale so they get credit. It’s essentially a charge send but with the sending store being the website instead of another boutique.
What if you’re using your husband’s name and account? I am planning to return something online and bought it to try on / see if I like. If so, I will then ask my SA to grab. Can she see this?Your store purchases are not viewable online. Purchases made on the website will be viewable as website purchases on your store profile, but will not count as in store purchases toward a bag offer.
As long as the accounts don’t connect, you should be ok.What if you’re using your husband’s name and account? I am planning to return something online and bought it to try on / see if I like. If so, I will then ask my SA to grab. Can she see this?
thank you- they don't connect, but the addresses may be similar. As long as the accounts don’t connect, you should be ok.
Hi, if I placed an order online and needed to return it to the online store using the same account as I use in my boutique (aka my SA could see it) - is it really concerning? I bought an Evelyne during the bag drop and got the wrong sizeAs long as the accounts don’t connect, you should be ok.
Its not great but at this point, it is what it is. I wouldn't make a habit of it.Hi, if I placed an order online and needed to return it to the online store using the same account as I use in my boutique (aka my SA could see it) - is it really concerning? Thanks. Do you think it’s better to return online or in my local boutique and use the credit to shop with my SA? I assume she’ll get the commission if I do the latterIts not great but at this point, it is what it is. I wouldn't make a habit of it.
Return it online through the mail for a full refund and then shop as normal with your SA.Thanks. Do you think it’s better to return online or in my local boutique and use the credit to shop with my SA? I assume she’ll get the commission if I do the latter
It’s called a charge send and it’s perfectly normal and both your SA gets commission and your profile is helped.how does the credit work for the SA if items are not available at local store. SA sent an email to a different store ship directly to my house? Will that hurt my profile? Will my SA still get the commission?
