Hello everyone, I have a question for online order vs store purchases.
Is store purchases history not listed in the online account's order history? And if we purchased something online, will the SA see it under our store profile? Or do we have 2 profiles - 1 store profile and 1 online profile? Thank you!

Your store purchases are not viewable online. Purchases made on the website will be viewable as website purchases on your store profile, but will not count as in store purchases toward a bag offer.

Hello everyone, I do have a question.
After I read the previous threads saying that the SA in the boutique can see your purchases online history, I got this idea.
But I am wondering what they see is only a list of successfully purchases? or they can see all the online history including rejected orders, canceled orders, returned items and so on?

Not sure about all online history but My online return showed up on my store profile.

Anything you can see on the webpage under Account, they can see under your profile in store as well.

My SA often offers to order from another store or online as they are out of stock often. Am I getting credit in my profile for that order? I want it to count towards my spend of course.
