The dustbags you get at the outlets are not nearly as nice as the ones you get at the full priced stores.
I have to disagree with you on that one!
I've purchased bags from outlets AND online and the brown dustbags are of the same quality.
The white dustbags from the outlets that are used for keyfobs, scarves, ect are thinner.
Just my honest opinion!:shrugs:

off topic: those are cute bags

back on topic: i called today and put the request in. hopefully ill get one!!!!

thank you and they won't gimme dust bags cuz they say they dont' come with them from outlets and department stores but i've seeeen them so i dont' get it?

I was thinking about the white ones that they are not as nice as the brown ones.

I don't get the whole deal about dustbags. They can't cost more than a few cents to make. Why is Coach so tickey about it. The SA's in the outlet have been plain rude about it and act like I am asking for company secrets. Even though we are paying discounted prices at the outlet we are still paying alot of money for these bags. I find it insulting that outlet bags aren't worthy of a dustbag, its like their saying "hey your not paying full price so we don't give a damn if your bag get ruined or not". I would even be ok with it if they at least had them available to buy for a couple of bucks or something. But not even making them available or making you call and beg really makes me feel like they think of outlet shoppers as second class customers. Sorry, I am rambling but this really gets my goat.

I have 2 bags from the outlet and have never received a dustbag either. I usually ask for a gift box and extra tissue and store my bags in them.

I called CS and they said that the outlet bags don't come with dustbags - sigh...

I believe it's mentioned before that outlet bags aren't supposed to have any and they remove it before shipping it to the outlets but it's inconsistent really cause a lot of bags at the outlets have them and others don't. I just take a dustbag of the same size from the ones that have them and stick it into the bag I'm purchasing that doesn't have them. Always afraid to get caught and yelled at but all my bags have dustbags. It's like their home to me.

It is funny. I went to the Camarillo outlet today. Oh Man I had to really control myself or I could have done some serious damage in there today. I bought 2 wristlets and they put both in the white dustbags for me. I did not ask for them they just reached under the counter and put them in the dustbag and then placed them in the shopping bag.

Today, I went and got my Coach bangle and I noticed they didn't give me a mini dust bag so I asked the cashier (who was busy wrapping up my bangle) for one. He looked at me and said "these don't come with dust bags." I told him that they do come with it since I have gotten one before when I bought other bangles. Then he proceeded to say, "well, we ran out of them." That *beeping* rude cashier!! :cursing: So after I paid for my item, I immediately went to look for my friendly SA and told her the situation and she immediately went and got me a mini dust bag. She even glared back at the cashier for it. :roflmfao:

So if all else fails, just keep asking other SAs for it. A friendly one will find a dust bag for you, outlet or not.
