:yes: Every time we've gone to the outlet, we just look in the bags until we find a dustbag, then put it in the one we're buying. We've even had SA's help us look. They've always been really nice about everything, I guess that's why we keep going back!

if there is not a dustbag in there i just ask for one and if it gets by me the next time i'm there i just ask for one. I think the SA was maybe having a bad day. Get on it....it's important that we keep our babies covered up:yes:

If so, than it is considered an accessory and is technically a cosmetic case and not a handbag. Same goes with swingpacks, they are an accessory not a handbag so neither come with dust bags. HTH!

Some of the bags at the outlets come with dust covers but most don't. You have 2 options: order one from somewhere like Ebay or ask for one. I have found the Coach stores I've been to will not give them out. Nordstrom has given them away for free twice when I asked.

I've had similar experiences with SAs with the Coach stores in my area that are snotty or that won't give me an extra dustbag when I'm there spending a lot of money. I also had an issue once when I lost the receipt after I bought it and tried to get store credit and they wouldn't take it. That's why I try to buy at Nordstrom or Macys when I can.

Ya know, I thought of swiping one from another bag before I checked out, but I didn't think I needed to - rookie move. From now on, contraband dustbags it is.....
I asked for a dustbag at the boutique today and I couldn't talk her into it. She did give me a free perfume sample though! Yay!

well when i called CS they said dept. store bags and outlet bags DONT come with dust bags and i said well the outlet wouldnt even give me the white little baggy and was rude AND i have gotten a dust bag from a dept. store before AND i buy a lot from coach so um...can you just try to get me one...please...

and finally they said they would put a request in. just be persistant with the outlet SAs
