Silly me, I probably should have mentioned that earlier. It was painted by DTLA Custom. They have an IG page featuring their work. Check it out!

While researching, I found several other artists. I’m thinking of creating a separate thread to give them a shoutout and post some of their work.

Wow! I was certainly one who said not to do this but, it actually looks really cute. I would definitely consider this if I saw a dirt cheap preloved Chanel bag and wanted to play around with it. I could see refurbishing it for a couple hundred then getting a design to have something unique. It would probably look like a cool limited edition bag. LOL!

Trendsetters are always the brave crazies that we eventually call genius.

Thank you for posting this! I have a few bags i sold but had I known I could do this, I may have been able to reignite my love for those bags. I started following DTLA on IG now as well. Enjoy your new masterpiece!
