If you could only take 1 bag on vaca what would it be?

I carry different bags when I travel on business, but for a beach vacation I take my Audrey cinched canvas fish tote and I use my Audrey coral shell wristlet as a wallet and small bag!
When I am carrying these beauties I really know that I am on vacation!!

Great choices, ladies! So I have decided on 3 (we're driving lol)...my Marine duffle I've had for awhile (just cut the tags...yeah, I know..don't ask! 
), Legacy St.James wristlet (so beachy summertime and HAD to have a wristlet!), and MK nylon crossbody bag (good for being around water). Oh and a beach bag, of course! But that doesn't count as a handbag, right?!??!?!

I've decided to take my chalk duffle on vaca to Mexico. May be reckless (with it being white) but it's the only bag I can really use as a "tote" (I know it's not really a tote, but...) to take all the stuff on the plane that I want to take. And I can wear it crossbody if need be. I've conditioned it and sprayed it with Apple guarde multiple times so hopefully she'll be ok! May spray her one more time before I go. I sold my other totes so this is really the only bag that will work and I don't really want to buy a new bag just for this purpose.
I always take my colorblock mini Willis. I like having a small bag for travelling, as I don't need to carry as much stuff when we go out and about on vacation. Plus the small purse fits easily in my carryon, and allows room for the other stuff I need in my carryon.
I'm with the small crossbody and larger travel bag crowd. For my trips this year, I have taken my Legacy swingpack and the Park Hobo as my carry on.
For vacation this year, I have narrowed it down to one of my DSBs and Minetta. Minetta is being worn on the plane and DSB packs flat in the carryon (I don't trust TSA agents, I have had things go 'missing'). Last year, I took four with me and it was too much.
I would take my Silt Madison Hobo. I like it because you can carry it as a shoulder bag or cross body and it holds a lot.
