Not sure. If you have an SA, I would ask them and send them the product number. I've found things on the EU and UK site that I send to my SA. She ends up telling me that they're backordered from a few weeks to a couple of months in the US, which is why they're not visible on the US website. Some products aren't released globally, so your SA will know if an item is region exclusive too.

The item in your photo looks similar to the Monogram Multicles Rabat, however, the original had a key chain clasp with it.
