I believe it's called Monogram Révélation.

I can't find it in my usual searches of Ebay etc, but I believe that is a belt loop on the back, so it is a belt bag or belt wallet of some sort. Likely mens, looks like 1970s - 1990s to me. There should be a date stamp inside somewhere which might help.

It is a coin pocket on the back. I ended up purchasing it because it was just interesting and seemingly very old. I have found five different references online. None from Japanese markets. Some ranging in $150-500. It does have a check pocket inside too. Received it and it does have traditional LV markings plus natural wear from age. I took it to get repaired. Will see how it looks.

It’s called the Pochette Sellier Dragonne and I believe this is a bag originally sold in the men’s collection.

It looks like a Hyde Park in Damier Ébène. This style is discontinued.
