I can't find it in my usual searches of Ebay etc, but I believe that is a belt loop on the back, so it is a belt bag or belt wallet of some sort. Likely mens, looks like 1970s - 1990s to me. There should be a date stamp inside somewhere which might help.
It's the Sac Triangle PM in Monogram Canvas from Fall/Winter 2015 I think.
(The name was recycled from an older LV bag, so if you do a search, you'll find different models called "Sac Triangle").

I saw this vintage bag online, but couldn’t find out what the bag style is called. I found a style that was similar to it that had leather around the sides, bottom and a leather strap but couldn’t find another one that had the monogram canvas all around with a canvas strap. Does anyone know the name of this style bag?

It looks like a Sac Bandoulière 30 and a Sac Bandoulière 35. I have never seen a SB30 in all canvas, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t exist. This model was very popular in the early 1980s.
