Identify this Balenciaga

05 chocolate has puzzled me for a long time. Mine is similar to the one on the left but I've seen people who say theirs is chocolate with much darker colour. I can only assume chocolate was one of the colour that fades? There's the 07 cafe as well but I think the zipper tape is darker.

Thought of cafe, too at first. There's one on annsfabulouscloseouts.com, but the zipper tape and lacing is much darker.
I guess it's just another of the leather/color variations we love so much. No two Bals are alike. Will keep the darker one, she's just drop dead beautiful

So going by JenJBS' NE LE 2011 town and this older post, this city may be too dark of a purple but it could be their lighting. I noticed that TRR does note "Metallic Leather" if it's metallic. But for this one, it's only "Purple Leather" with silver-tone hdw. Hmm...
