I can't comfortably wear cities over my shoulder. Depending on what I'm wearing, it's too snug at best, or won't fit at worst. Giant PT's give you just enough additional handle length to make them comfortable. I routinely took the straps off of these PTs because I only wore them via handles over shoulder.

wish I could see and try one of the PT bags on IRL but that's not likely to happen
