Maybe someone else can dial it in, lighting is really tough for me on those colours.
No idea, if it's allowed to mention this here? Both Shrugs on VC were mine and it's def Bordeaux. Just wanted to clear it up in case someone here wants to get them. I have nothing to do with the seller, lol. I told them the exact color names when I sold the bags to them. But apparently they didn't care... :lol:

Thanks for the clarity!

TRR is the same. You can describe what you've sent with excruciating precision, and they'll describe it generically, or better yet, incorrectly. I think someone here recently sent in a croc Balenciaga part time which TRR listed as croc embossed? It's like listing your diamond ring and as CZ.

Was that gorgeous Olive shrug yours too? It was scrumptious.

The Olive and Bordeaux shrugs on VC were mine. Gorgeous leather on both, but the style is just not for me. Same with the city. Love looking at them, but for some reason don't like how they sit on me. One of these days I will learn and stop buying them. Maybe... :lol:

Same for me with both styles but here I am, contemplating trying the City yet again... :facepalm:

Apparently I too have this affliction, when it comes to part times. I can't wear them, have sold every last one I've ever bought, including a spectacularly scrumptious 07 mogano with GSH, and a super limited edition gold PT from Selfridges or one of UK department stores. And then I just bought two more PTs. At least with WE and Works, I drool from afar and can resist, but I have zero discipline when it comes to PTs.

Never tried a PT. Maybe I should? :roflmfao:
I have zero self control when it comes to WE and Works, love and want them all. Don't mind the east/west shape on them at all.

so you don't care for the PT? my only Bal is a city. I like it proportion-wise but two things bother me - one the handles don't really fit well on shoulder. I can use the long strap if I need to but usually arm carry as I don't really like the way the bag hangs from the long strap. secondly, the outside pocket is kind of small - not a dealbreaker.

So - comparatively - do you find the PT too large looking? why don't you love it?
thanks

@earswithfeet ? how about you

I've never tried a PT IRL. As a rule I don't care for east-west bags, although I did find a pretty Work in a local store and tried it on. Loved the look of the bag but it looked too big on me. Really pretty though...(photo from their website).

Same as @muchstuff. Never owned or even tried a PT. I imagine the shape when carried with the shoulder strap would bother me even more than the City. Looks too much like a fortune cookie and all my stuff just mingles together in the middle of the bag somehow. Also, the City bags tend to crack in the top middle after some time. I've noticed that a lot in pics. Probably same with the PT... :shrugs:

thanks....someone did say you can carry the PT on shoulder with the handles, which is hard to do with the City. My City is quite old (2005) and the only real wear is on the handles so guess I'm lucky.

that is pretty...work is larger than PT? I get all these bags mixed up.
My go-to shape is E/W. I don't like digging down to the bottom of a bag
