I am also wondering what their commission is on fine jewelry.Does anyone know if SAs get commission for Fine Jewelry? I was just browsing the Chanel website and almost purchased a couple of Coco Crush pieces, but if SAs get commission for it I rather buy it with my SA in person instead. It is probably not as much as high jewelry but a little is better than zero in my opinion.
Of course, not only they get commissions, but they will be on employee of the month board if they can sell fine jewelry or watchDoes anyone know if SAs get commission for Fine Jewelry? That's wonderful to hear! I will be sure to ask my SA to help me instead when I purchase the pieces I'm interested in. Thank you so much for sharing that.Of course, not only they get commissions, but they will be on employee of the month board if they can sell fine jewelry or watch
that's so awesome...I'm wondering if I need to change SAs...I also buy mostly leather goods, some cj and shoes, but not rtw. My "status" is elite plus...but I don't think it means very much because I haven't received anything.I am not at all a VIP client.. have really only mostly bought leather goods mainly slgs last year. Coz i only got to purchase from the SA mid year. I got a chanel jewellery box and a chanel journal
No need to change SA, it's company who decide whom to give, not SA.that's so awesome...I'm wondering if I need to change SAs...I also buy mostly leather goods, some cj and shoes, but not rtw. My "status" is elite plus...but I don't think it means very much because I haven't received anything.![]()
I'm sorry but this SA (and others if you ask them money type of questions) could be lying. They don't want to make you feel bad and then lose a client. Luxury sales is always about making someone feel good about themselves and what they are buying. If they don't then they are a terrible salesperson.I went on vacation and “cheated” on my SA. I ended up needing help with an item, and confessed to her— she assured me that she does not work on commission per sale, but rather the entire team has a target, and if they reach/exceed that collective target, they are rewarded accordingly, team-wide.
What that person said is actually very accurate. I have a close friend who works at a stand-alone. They no longer make commission and haven’t for quite a while. They do have goals for end of the year, but that’s it.I'm sorry but this SA (and others if you ask them money type of questions) could be lying.
