I received more bad news today. The bag that the sales rep @ 866VUITTON found me was actually a return, and was damaged!:crybaby:BUT, Nick (the sales rep) said that he would continue to keep an I out for me, and would let me know if one comes up. MAHALO Nick for your AWESOME customer service! But I still don't have my bag:crybaby:. What a spoiled brat. HAHA
