The 2006 Black Chevre and the pampered 2007 Tomato Red Chevre have arrived. I'm relieved that the Tomato color is within my personal red tolerances, as I did not want an orange-red. Pictured outdoors here with my red iPad case and my favorite red coffee mug. Given the differences in materials this looks darn good at least in natural light. Many thanks to the family of CeeJay for the opportunity to keep her memory alive by sharing her beautiful collection with us.

Honestly, I'm not much for the color red in general, but this Tomato is beautiful.

CeeJay was often raving over both the 2007 leather and the perfect Tomato color.

I think you made great picks with these two bags

(Maybe ’raving’ is the wrong word? I meant something similar to praising  )

Thank you. Bless her, she had two Tomatoes, one to use and one in reserve. In looking over her posts, she did the same in the past with her Tomato PTs. A beloved color for sure.

Everyone should have at least one extra of their top 3-10 bags

We need to be able to enjoy them and use them often. But we also need to have them safe at home without unwanted wear and tear.

FedEx is toying with me. Keeps changing the day of the CeeJay bagapalooza arrival.
Now scheduled for tomorrow.
I will be staring out the front window like my dogs.

Really funny. Great image of you staring out the window with your dogs on either side of you.
I was once so frantic about getting an RT Work that I followed a UPS truck and then ended up in front of a locked gate at the main UPS warehouse and made them open it up and I got my package. I knew I was in deep trouble with my addiction at that point.
Still love that bag to this day.

I had an incident like that recently. PO notified bag was out for delivery. We have mailbox down the street. I drove down there and the mailman was driving away. I opened my box and nothing. I drove home to see if he had delivered it to the house. Not. Drove back down the street and approached him as he was driving down from another street. Box was on seat next to him. IDK if he would have gone back to the mailbox or just brought it back to the PO undelivered.

P.O. has done that to me before. I watched the truck deliver the mail to the box, and inside is one of those slips with the "we tried to deliver the package but we had no access to the delivery location." No, I watched you deliver the mail and you made ZERO attempt to deliver any package (which entails driving the little mail truck in our driveway and *gasp* getting out of the truck and walking to the front steps.)

Nothing more frustrating than staying home all day to wait for a delivery and finding that they didn't even bring the parcel, just a hang tag that says sorry we missed you, pick up at post office. YOU DIDN'T MISS ME.
