^^ I agree. I think it's a cute dress, but if you have a chance, I would go to a department store and try it on. That way, you don't have to worry about purchasing it and possibly not liking it and having to pay for shipping fees.

Yeah, that dress is cute but the upper half especially looks like it could be tricky if you're bigger-than-small busted and/or short waisted.

The only thing is, i'd think that the ruffles on the top part would only look good on someone who was flat chested because if someone was busty or even average the ruffles might hang weird.
